M Mobinova Charm Network Proposal

Charm Network

One engine for every country, artist, and event.

Mobinova proposes a centralized infrastructure layer that gives Charm Music one source of truth while preserving unique public interfaces for Poland, Turkey, Czechia, Serbia, artists, and event microsites.

Current constraint

Fragmented websites slow down every regional launch.

Separate websites create repeated content entry, inconsistent artist data, duplicated media management, uneven security, and more work whenever a new country or campaign goes live.

01 Repeated updates

Concert, artist, policy, and media changes are recreated per site.

02 Local drift

Regional teams can diverge from central brand and data standards.

03 Slow expansion

Each new market or microsite becomes another full web project.

Proposed model

A central virtual HQ with regional front ends.

The Charm Network core stores shared artists, concerts, teams, policies, media, newsletter records, and routing rules. A public, documented API lets approved teams and tools build new interfaces on top of the same trusted core.

Architecture

Every node passes through one secure operating layer.

A global admin can publish network-wide updates, while local managers work inside their assigned country, artist, or event scope. That keeps expansion fast without sacrificing control.

Rollout

Build the core once, then launch markets repeatedly.

After the first delivery, new country portals, artist hubs, and event pages become configuration work instead of separate custom builds.

Phase 1 Discovery and data model

Confirm content types, permissions, markets, and launch priorities.

Phase 2 Core platform

Build admin, authentication, central content, and first portals.

Phase 3 Expansion

Add countries, artist hubs, microsites, CRM flows, and analytics.

Expected impact

Lower operational cost as the network grows.

Instant Central sync

Core updates propagate to every relevant destination.

Hours New destination setup

Country and campaign launches start from shared infrastructure.

One Management surface

Teams manage data, permissions, and publishing from one place.

Next steps

Move from concept to scoped delivery.

Mobinova can turn this proposal into a delivery plan by mapping Charm's current sites, agreeing on the first launch markets, and defining the minimum useful admin workflow.
