MiaVPN, developed by Mobinova Bilişim, relaunched its mobile VPN with a hardened core network, WireGuard support, and a disposable browser that wipes all traces on close—paired with in-app transparency that converts privacy-conscious users.

The Challenge

MiaVPN’s mobile-first audience wanted proof their browsing would stay trace-free. The legacy stack lacked WireGuard, split tunneling, and clear messaging about AES-256, IKEv2, and what the disposable browser actually wiped. Market confusion with similarly named apps made trust even harder.

They needed a resilient control plane, transparent no-registration/on-device privacy claims, and a marketing surface that explained Turkey-based jurisdiction, free/ad-supported vs premium, and what "no logs" truly meant.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the control plane with Go services on Kubernetes, adding WireGuard, IKEv2, health probes, synthetic traffic tests, and self-healing deploys that keep nodes consistent across eight regions.

The product and site now spotlight the disposable browser: what it wipes (history, cookies, forms) and when, plus app-based routing on Android for banking exclusions. Trust pages surface jurisdiction, no-logs stance, AES-256, and data safety disclosures directly from the platform.

Analytics track install-to-connect-to-disposable-session funnels, highlighting drop-offs from ad-supported users and clarifying premium upsells without touching personal data.

The Results

Launch-week traffic held steady under load with automated failover, while disposable browser activations doubled versus the previous funnel.

Engineering now ships weekly without downtime windows; marketing can clarify protocols, jurisdiction, and ad-supported limits from a headless CMS without code changes.
